How much flexibility and choice do graduates have with their rotations? Or are rotations completely chosen for you?

Each role has a different roster, and almost all of them are even time 8/6days. which roster you get put on will be dependant on your constrains and the constrains of your team.

My partner also works FIFO and IGO has been very accommodating to make sure we are on the same roster so we can see each other on our break.

That sounds great, thank you! I am particularly interested in IT and was wondering how long you get to spend on different projects? Or does this rely heavily on what the project is?

Yeah it will be dependant on the project and how that would be managed with your day-to-day tasks. sorry that it's not an overly helpful answer.

Once you start on the Grad program you will work through a program of work with your supervisor for the 2 years and you can discuss these at this point. We have family friendly rosters and a work from anywhere policy (if appropriate for your role). Some sites have a 4/3 roster as well as an 8/6.
