How often does IGO develop and implement new methods and systems?

Is there much room to accomplish more than regular day to day tasks. Are there opportunities to design new systems/optimisations? I noticed the cookie website settings implied that it's monitored to gauge the interest of candidates. Is this level of data collecting common throughout the company and does this mean if I open the website multiple times, I'll stand out to your recruiters?
