Monday - Friday | 8:30am-5pm | Permanent Full Time

South Perth Corporate Office

Base Salary:

$70-74K Base + 12% Superannuation (subject to experience and benchmarking)

We are currently seeking an experienced corporate Receptionist on a full time, permanent basis to undertake a variety of duties that will support the smooth daily running of our beautifully appointed corporate office that overlooks the Swan River in the heart of South Perth.

 

Reporting to the Supervisor Facilities & Office Management, you will be responsible for all incoming calls, visitors, deliveries as well as the visual presentation and stocking of office supplies and consumables.

 

Additional key accountabilities include:

 

  • General reception duties - greeting visitors, taking and screening calls;
  • Managing phones (MS Teams), incoming emails, updating various spreadsheets;
  • Taking deliveries, managing / ordering couriers, stock control, collections from post office;
  • Assist with booking and setting up catering for internal meetings;
  • Assist with Travel bookings via online portal;
  • Occasional preparation of refreshments for visitors or Executive / Board meetings; and
  • Keeping kitchen and general office areas clean, tidy and well stocked, including cleaning coffee machines.  

 

Your Experience

Along with an engaging communication style and pro-active attitude, you must be a team player and bring the following skills:

  • Prior experience in a reception or administrative role within a corporate environment;
  • Professional, calm and friendly demeanor with a passion for customer service;
  • A flexible approach to work and the ability adapt to changing priorities;
  • Strong computer skills, MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel);
  • Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and a focus on getting the job done; and
  • National Police Clearance obtained within the last two months.
