The Opportunity
The Principal People Operations will provide advice and guidance on all employee lifecycle matters for multiple business units at IGO. The role directly supports members of the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams on operational people matters for those that fall within your portfolio. This is a hands-on role that requires collaboration with key stakeholders and other People colleagues to ensure positive employee engagement within a safe, productive, supportive and values-aligned workplace.
You will be a highly experienced People and Culture professional and have worked in an operational setting that positions you to be a subject matter expert for Employee and Industrial Relations. This role presents an opportunity for you to join a high performing team within a values-based mining and exploration company.
