Your Opportunity
At IGO we are all about making a difference, and our people are a key part of this. Our world class Nova operation seeks a Superintendent, Production who is driven by the opportunity to work with a primary contractor in a delivery and operational excellence focused role.
Within this role you will provide leadership to the mine operations department and our underground contractor to ensure budget forecasts are achieved safely. As the central point between IGO and the contractor, you will need to be someone who takes pride in their work and will uphold the highest of standards for both parties.
Reporting to the Manager Mining, your key accountabilities include:
Your Experience
This role will suit an Alternate Mine Manager or experienced Production Superintendent with their Underground Mine Manager’s ticket. You will have an unwavering approach to safety as well as a desire to coach, mentor and lead your team to success.
