    Hi Colleen, we have 26% female representation at IGO. We are also a Work180 endorsed employer for women, have joined the HESTA 40:40 pledge for our exec and board members and have a number of diversity, equity and inclusion programs of work.

    At Nova we have a great representation of women! We have a strong number of women within the Metallurgy and processing team.

    Same here at Cosmos, I don't know the stats but there are a lot of females across the site
