    Hi all hope all are doing well. I am Ghazanfar Hayat and i applied for Mining E
    ngineering Vocation Program. I have a question, I have a background in BSc Mining Engineering and i worked as mining engineer after study and currently, I am pursuing Leadership and Management Learning with the goal of advancing into leadership roles within the mining industry. I'm curious to know, do you believe that studying leadership and management alongside mining engineering can make my resume better and increase my suitability for this program, especially since I did not include this information in my initial application? How does IGO perceive the value of such additional qualifications in potential candidates for the vocation program? this is good now

    Hi Erin, we have already received over 500 applications. Just be yourself! We are looking for people who fit in with the IGO values and culture, we can teach you the rest! :)

    Hi Ghazanfar, sounds like great experience! The IGO Vacation Program is designed for people currently studying and graduating in 2025 or 2026 as a 12 week paid program to gain experience relevant to their studies.

    Hi Natalie with the video interview would it be with pre-recorded questions or a company rep? And what would the questions be focused on or want to know overall?

    Hi Hari, it is pre-recorded interview with questions from IGO employees. We can't give too much away about what the questions ask but I would recommend research the company values before you begin. Thanks
