    Thank you for your question. IGO have massively assisted me in my career growth. From doing development plans with immediate supervisors, which included training required for career and workplace related development, to mentor programs and traineeship programs. I can honestly say I am now in the role I stated in my development plan and IGO have assisted and supported me every step of the way.
