I was worried that working within a medium to large company that employees, especially grads and vacs, would be treated as 'just a number'. From day dot employees are treated with respect from their peers and their supervisors- I remember feeling so valued on my first day at my Vac Induction! Fast forward three years and I am still shown the same value and respect from those around me as I did on my very first day.
