Is there much room to accomplish more than regular day to day tasks. Are there opportunities to design new systems/optimisations? I noticed the cookie website settings implied that it's monitored to gauge the interest of candidates. Is this level of data collecting common throughout the company and does this mean if I open the website multiple times, I'll stand out to your recruiters?

Hi Alex! In the metallurgy department, we have a number of interesting projects running to further optimize the processing plant.
Regarding the cookies on our Careers website, we will not be using this to shortlist candidates (i.e. opening the website multiple times will not affect how your applications is assessed :))
