After gaining experience in various workplaces, I find that IGO fosters an excellent work culture. The company promotes openness and transparency through monthly online review meetings led by the executive team, where anyone in the organization can ask questions and receive on the spot feedback. IGO encourages engagement and expression through the IGO Workplace app, offering a wide range of chat groups where you can share photos and experiences, chats such as IGO Social Group, IGO Pets and IGO Was Here. IGO has some noteworthy traditions including the fancy dressed end of year party where everyone competes to be the best dressed, annual IGO awards night to acknowledge and celebrate people who demonstrate the company values and charity events including Up All Night and The Push-Up Challenge. The company core values include run through the sprinklers and be better together which I can see in daily interactions and are supported by core training courses on Respect in the Workplace and Custodians of Culture. I personally enjoy working here and feel that IGO is a company that wants you to feel represented, safe and included.
