    Hi Leon, your host supervisor will measure your performance on both technical and team fit.

    Learning and development is a key focus at IGO. We provide students with lots of opportunities, particular on-the-job training and mentoring as you get involved in key project work. If there is specific training you are interested, we work with you in achieving this
