From an Emergency/Medical point of view my biggest challenge is attending to seriously ill patients on site. Most of our day-to-day treatments can be completed without too much of a challenge but occasionally very seriously ill patients need to be attended to, meaning a high level of concentration and responsibility. We are on a remote site, so access to Doctors or Hospitals are hours away and we need to ensure our patient receives the best treatment possible until then.
