In my opinion if someone wants to excel they need to be able to adapt to change and strive to improve during challenging situations. Positivity is a quality that can help overcome these challenges and can encourage others to show a "can do" attitude. If you already have the know how and experience then how you go about moving through difficult situations will show your resilience and should enable you to excel.
