Thankyou for the question!
After being in the industry for 5 years, I have learnt that there are three key soft skills, especially being an enviro. Patience, compromise and communication.
At times you will have to be patient for yourself when approaching particular jobs as things might not always go to plan, but you also have to have patience to successfully work with other people too. Compromise is super important - If you apply understanding for the reasoning behind others jobs and your reasoning for the job, coming to an agreement which could result in some compromise on your end, will have a much better result than other methods. Positive communication is also a highly sought after skill as it can make a world of difference. Work runs smoother and more successfully if you are open with comms, make them as positive as possible and people will be happy to work together again in the future!
