Hi, what motivates me about my role is that I get to help my colleagues in what can be a difficult time. Whether someone is just feeling unwell and I can help, or if someone has suffered an injury, being able to help make the person feel better is rewarding. I get to form strong relationships with my colleagues because of this also. As a supervisor, I guide a team to be able to provide a professional and friendly service to all personnel on site.
