Hi Benjamin! The first place to start is researching the ethos of the company- such as who they are and what they do, as well as their values. Other bits of information (specifically for mining) to look into are what sites do they have and what commodity does each site mine. Other great pieces of information can be found in a company's Annual Report, which is readily available on the internet. I hope this helps!
