If you were to get the vacation program as a student, then once you graduate, would you be offered the graduate program with preference or would you have to re apply and re interview?
Hello! Thanks for your question. Yes our hope is to offer as many of our vacation students graduate roles as we can support, provided you perform well on the program and you are eligible to graduate. This forms part of our talent strategy and the best way to gain employment with IGO as a student.
