    The Talent Team, that I am a part of, have almost completed the ramp up project for our Cosmos Mine. Since May we have been working hard to recruit people to join the new teams at Cosmos as we approach commissioning. People are the most important part of the work that we do, without amazing teams we can't achieve our goals. We have partnered with the hiring managers and the operational readiness team to attract, assess and appoint over 100 people to Cosmos. It has been a challenging and rewarding project to be a part of and I look forward to seeing what the new teams can achieve together.
