That is a great question. For me the biggest challenge in the last 3 months has been dealing with a lot of change. I actually really enjoy change and see it as an opportunity to learn and grow and move forward, but it is certainly not without its challenges. I feel really positive and optimistic about the future and I look forward to getting stuck into some key pieces of work over the next few months.
