Hi Briony! This is something we value really highly at IGO. It will depend on what role you are employed in, but as an overview we offer family friendly, equal time rosters, for FIFO and DIDO roles as well as a 'Work from Anywhere' policy. We don't have set rules on what days you can or can't work remotely, we leave this up to the individual to coordinate and plan with their leader.
