Hello! I am answering on Braden's behalf as he is on his break at the moment. We encourage our employees to not check their emails when they are on their days off, a way we help with work-life balance!

In my role, I set myself clear parameters of start and finish times and try not to do work outside of that. I have the advantage of being able to leave early to take my kids to their sporting activities or appointments and then make up the time at other times. There is a lot of flexibility which definitely helps with work life balance.
