After quickly realising that accounting wasn't for me, I transferred to Geology and I now work as a Mine Geologist.

I work closely with my Senior to design and execute drilling programs, that address requirements to advance resources and reserves to further the mine life. In addition, collecting reliable geological data including mapping and sampling to ensure reliable geological models are released.

I work at Comos, which is a new project that has created the opportunity for me to learn about a new ore deposit and allowed me to be part of a mining operation at a very early stage. I work with a collaborative and supportive team, which adds to the fulfillment of my job.
