IGO is different because we look after our employees, aside from healthcare benefits and other special employee offers. IGO has a big emphasis on employee wellbeing .
Every decision that is made at IGO put the needs of their people first. It really is amazing and unlike anywhere else that I have worked before.
I would also say that IGO does what they say they will do. We are true to our purpose and our strategy and we live by our values everyday.
